How to Pay
Credit or debit card payment
We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
For our Singapore clients, we advise payments to be made by Cheque. All cheques should be made payable to:

A US$15 banking fee applies to each payment made by Telegraphic Transfer or Wire payment where the payment amount is less than USD$500 and this fee will be automatically added on top of your total order amount.
When making a Telegraphic Transfer or Wire Transfer payment, please state your Invoice Number on the payment reference. This will assist with the processing of your order in a timely manner.
To ensure we can your fulfill your order in quick and timely manner, please email us a copy of your payment remittance advice. You may email us a copy of your payment remittance details to: firstname.lastname@example.org
For payments that are less than USD500, we recommend that you pay using Credit Card.
Cancellation of Order
Unfortunately, we will not accept any cancellation of orders as the goods are on indent basis.
All products are on a pre-order basis. Please allow us to check the availability of the product before confirming the order. We will keep you informed for any changes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How to Order
Step 1: Provide the following information in our ENQUIR FORM
1. The brand that you want the purchase from
2. Product full name
3. Product part number
4. The quantity you need.
Please email us your enquiry through the enquiry form template provided.
Step 2: Product Availability
We will check on the product availablility as soon as we receive your enquiry.
Step 3: Purchase Order
Once we have provided you with the quotation, please kindly send us your purchase order and followed by the down payment.
Step 4: Delivery
Delivery will be made once clients have their cheque ready. Full payment should be made after goods are delivered.
Note: For Clients based outside of Singapore, kindly provide the full payment before goods are delivered.

Have Not Received Order
There are several reasons why an item you ordered may not have been received:
Missing or delayed order
Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days from receipt of payment depending on the delivery option chosen. We will notify you if there is any delay or longer delivery time. If you believe your item has been lost or delayed, please contact us.
If an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the manufacturer, which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfil your order we will contact you to let you know. If we are unable to fulfil your order or offer a suitable alternative then we will issue an immediate refund if your payment has already been processed.
Payment declined or not received
If we cannot process payment for any reason, we will contact you to let you know and ask you to access your account and update your card or bank details as necessary.
All of our shipments will be delivered using FedEx/ DHL Express.
You will have 2 options: standard overnight or Express delivery.
Note: Global Control will absorb all standard shipping cost. Customers will be charged for Express Delivery.
Please understand that we need some time to process your order.
Delivery period will be an estimate of 5 - 7 days.
Please note that due to Covid-19, shipments might be delayed for inspection.
All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.
How to track my order?
For our clients in Singapore, We will notify you once the goods are in Singapore.
As for clients abroad, we will provide an airway bill once the goods are shipped to your respective country.
Warranty & Returns
What if I received defected product?
If there is any damage in the goods, they will be shipped back to the manufacturer to be evaluated.
On the occasion whereby the damage is due to a product defect, we will arrange for a replacement for you.
However, if the damage does not arise from our end, exchange of goods would not be allowed.
Our guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. We provide a 1-year warranty upon delivery for any purchase.
That being said, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the right purchase is made, therefore, any wrong purchase will not be covered by the warranty.
